I’m not afraid to say this, but I’m 13 and weight 178.5 pounds and am 5’1. I made a specific plan for me to lose weight in time for my 8th grade dance. Here it is!
Eat 2,200 calories a day
Lose 700-800 calories a day from zumba that I do and tennis practice.
I plan to only dink water
No cheat days
Do about 100 crunches a day to flatten my abs
50 lunges on each leg (will this make cellulite go away in time?)
Cut out all fast foods and carbs
Please tell me if this will work and any tips….Thanks
