So, what I would basically like to know is tips on weight loss. I want to lose 15-25 pounds by the end of April. I think that’s pretty realistic if I start right away. Where I live there are no gyms or I would have joined one
I don’t have any exercise equipment.. I can probably get a jump rope though if that will help any. So I guess to sum it all up, what are some exercises I can do with as little equipment as possible? What types of food should I eat and what should I avoid? If you have any other tips for me that would be awesome! I think that’s it
