Myfriends are all super in shape, and yet they constantly talk about how much tey love to et. I work out a ton and i eat veey small portions, however i have a tereible snacking habit. I know if i could break it the extra fat would be much easier to lose, but my family snacks constantly as well and as hard as i try, i cNt break the habit! I know its wrong to compare yourself to others, but i can’t help it and it just makes me so depresses. The rest of my body is quite toned and muscjlar i just have so much stomavh fat i cant lose! Ive tried for sooo long and nothing works!! Can anyone give me some motivation and some tips, from personal experience?? I could realllllly use a boost!

I lead a healthy lifestyle. I have a low fat, low carbohydrate, low cholesterol vegan diet, only drink lots of water and green tea, take cayenne as a dietary supplement for metabolism, and exercise every day, either running in place for about half an hour, or taking a brisk 45 minute walk. I also do 100 sit-ups a night. I’m on a high protein diet now, but I’m not noticing much weight loss. Tips please?
