Open Question: How can I lose 8 pounds pretty quickly?

Hi!

I’m a 17year old girl.

I used to be 5’7-5’8 and weigh around 135pounds.

However i noticed that i grew another inch or so! I am now around 5’9 and weight 145pounds.

When i was 5’7-5’8 my weight used to vary..at 135pounds i used to be super skinny (too skinny), at 145 i used to look a bit on the chubby side. but now that i’m 5’9 and when i weigh 145pounds i look really skinny, however i want to lose down to 135pounds. (i do a lot of gym work, so my body fat is only about 11.5% right now)

Any tips? It just doesn’t seem to go down..i really want to go down to 135pounds. please help.

I’m already eating less, no sugar, drink loads of tea/water.
BUT I’LL BE REALLY HAPPY TO WEIGH AROUND 140POUNDS. SO MINIMUM GOAL WEIGHT LOSS I ONLY 5POUNDS. HELP :)
