Open Question: Serious Weight loss question, How can I lose 10-20 pounds a month?

Hello, I am looking at losing around 80 pounds. I weigh 220 right now and want to be close to 140. [I am only 5'5"] I want to know if it is possible, and healthy to lose roughly 20 pounds a month, that should be about 5 pounds a week. I know that the recommended a week is 2 pounds but I am willing to put a LOT of effort into this. Cut out sugar, exercise, etc. If it is possible does anyone have any tips to help me out. A big issue I have is that I am pretty broke so can’t afford “weight loss tools.”
