Open Question: What is a good workout plan to lose weight and get toned?

I am 5’4″ and I weigh about 125.
I am finally joining the gym again but I am at a loss as to where I should start. I am looking to drop about 15 pounds and tone up my stomach and thighs, and maybe my arms a bit.
Any specific tips?

Open Question: How Effective Is This Diet Plan?

I model and am hopefully starting internationally over the summer but I need to get my measurements down and become super skinny and lean. If you google current fashion models (Anna Selezneva, Daphne Groeneveld, Frida Gustavsson, ect.) you’ll see that I need to be very tiny. I’m trying to lose off if the hips, waist and legs. My diet plan is to only eat vegetable, fruits, poultry, fish, and nuts and seeds. I can also add healthy oils like olive oil, flax seed oil, coconut oil, ect. And some salt and pepper. I am limiting my dairy in take and only allow myself grains like bread, past, cereal, ect. one day a week. I’ve tried calorie counting and never lost any weight so I’m taking a new approach where I can eat as much as I’d like as long as it’s all healthy and natural.
Ultimate question; how fast will I lose weight and how skinny can I get?
Also any recommendations for exercise that helps weight loss but does not bulk is appreciated!
