I need to lose 6kg (13 pounds) in 1 month and a half… I can’t go to the gym. I have a elliptical at home I go on it for 20-30 minutes everyday, Thing is I can’t get motivated to really lose weight I’ve told my friends and family but they just don’t care.. Can I have some weight loss/dieting tips and some good exercises I can do at home?:) And a way to get motivated ? Thanks ![]()
P.S I’m 5’4, 14 years old and I weight 63.3kg (139 pounds)

Open Question: Need to tone ab muscles? Losing last tiny bit of flab?

8th grade. I was 14 years old, 165 pounds, and wore a size 9 in jeans. i hated the way i looked.
fast forward three years, i’m 17, 130 pounds and wear a size 4.
the weight loss has made me so much more confident and so much happier. I have finally reached my goal weight and i’m finally healthy, but there’s still the small issue of the tiny bit of stomach flab that never seems to go away.
i’m not over weight, so it’s not that i need to lose weight. yet after all that weight loss, i find that there is the tiniest jiggle of my stomach when i walk. maybe it’s extra skin, maybe it’s a complete lack of a toned stomach… i don’t know.
but i do know that i don’t want it there.
i’ve done crunches, i’ve eaten healthier, i’ve kept up my cardio and muscle building excercised, but that darn stomach jiggle won’t seem to go away. in fact, i’ve lost more weight beyond my goal weight trying to get rid of the jiggle, but even with the exra weight off, it’s still happening.
what’s with the jiggle and how do i make it go away?
my prom is in 16 days. i’m spending my prom weekend down the shore, so i’m going to be in my bikini basically that entire weekend, and with summer time comming up faster than expected, i just want this last bit of flab gone.
tips or suggestions?
