What diets are good for a kid who makes about 20 a month? :/ sorry im not very rich but I try hard to help with random things and somehow make a little cash..well the problem is that I am in dire need of losing weight I am 5,9 but I weigh 210 and My goal weight is about 175 I dont need to work on my muscles Im very strong and my whole life have had muscles but they are COVERED in fat and I need to lose weight I loss 13 pounds already I changed my eating habits by not eating as much but still eating okay..Ive been walking everyday but it just takes way to long for me to lose this weight…so what can I do to lose this weight in about 3months! please help! PS: Im 5,9 and a boy!

Alright,so I’m trying to lose weight because I am overweight/obese(I’m 15 around 300 pounds and I’m 5’8-5’10).I am always trying to lose weight but my family ALWAYS eats unhealthy food,we have some sort of fast food every day almost and one month we had fast food for at least 1 meal(never all 3)!SO what I’m getting at is I’ve told my mom that we need to eat healthier and that there is no point in me exercising if all we eat is unhealthy food.When I say it or bring it up she gets aggravated and we end up getting into an argument.Granite we are on the go A LOT but she knows how bad my diet is and I’m at a high risk for diabetes and other health problems.Yes,fast food is cheap and quick but we can afford a lot of other things and have a few hundred dollars after all expenses at the end of the month.It’s starting to piss me off because I need to get in a better shape for summer school because for Soccer we have to take Fundamentals of Soccer in summer school and I don’t want to die during then and conditioning/summer camp,and she knows it.It’s pissing me off like I already said so I need help I’m kind of at a loss…Also if you have any other tips or recommendations or good food don’t be afraid to post it!
I appreciate all the responses,time and effort from you guys!
Do NOT be putting lose weight or your fat get exercise or stuff like that.Trust me,I know.Any responses ONLY like that will be hidden/removed.

Hi friends i have to question to ask
1.im getting injury on my leg while doing jogging if i do very slow the pain ll be less how should i jog for boxing training i cant able to sprint because my leg angle was started paining while doing it my coach told me tat im too heavy tats why im getting pain so Friends i want to know how to jog for boxing and wanna reduce as soon as possible so tel me nice tips
2.one more doubt is while practice in boxing we can have water if not means how long we should take time and how much should take it??
