Diet – Motivation For Fall

In this video I discuss my current diet and things I’ve changed now that it’s fall. I also discuss my motivation for getting and staying in shape. 1. Oatmeal for breakfast (no artificial sweetener added) 2. Daily multi-vitamin (I’m taking Centrum Forte) 3. No more artificial sweetener (not in coffee or anything else) 4. Eating more regularly and enough calories at eat meal 5. Reducing alcohol 6. Reduce sugar (no more ice cream, or other sugary treats) 7.
