Hey Guys!
I really need help, I would love if you could answer!

Okay so obviously summer is in like 3 weeks, and I really need to lose weight. I weigh about 123 pounds, I’m 5’3, and I’m 13. Recently I’ve really been trying to eat healthy and stuff, but it always fails. I always give into sweets or fast food with my friends or whatever it is. But, I’ve been running a lot more. Like every day. I run for at least a mile every day and I’m hoping that that will play a big role in my weight loss. But what are some tips to eat healthy? In the morning I have yogurt, lunch is peanut butter and jelly sandwich, with yogurt and x-tra cheesy goldfish. Dinner is whatever my mom makes which differs from hamburgers to pasta to pizza. I sometimes have a snack after school. Someone please help me!!! I really think I can do this but I just need the right information on how to lose weight. Like I said I’m only 13, so I don’t know what foods to eat or how much or how little. Okaay, thank you so much for reading this! Please ask me to answer your questions!!! <3

Open Question: Losing some weight, tips etc?

I’m 17, male, and trying to lose a bit of weight. I’m starting to do some small weights training, and I already walk fairly regularly. I also drink a fair amount of green tea, which I’ve read is good for the body in many respects. I tend to eat fairly healthily as well, ie not much junk food, mainly fresh fruit/veg/meat, rice, occasionally pasta. Just a few small things:

Am I okay to still drink coffee? I drink instant, usually one mug in the morning, with milk and one sweetner.

I have a rather large passion for chocolate, but I’m trying to cut back! Presumably I can still eat it, as long as I ration myself well.

Any other tips? Please bear in mind that I live quite a busy life at the moment. I really don’t have the ability to go to the gym, just because it’s not feasible.

If I continue to do this, do you think it’s likely that I’ll shed a few pounds?
Sorry, probably ought to mention that I’m about 6ft, fairly big build anyway, and not really sure what I weigh, but probably ~85-90kg
