Hi, im 13 and im beginning to feel uncomfortable with my weight, i wouldn’t call myself obese, but i am definitely over weight, and its so obvious in the boys changing rooms that i am the fattest one there, so i was wondering if anyone knew any weight loss tips for me to use? I play rugby three times a week and still nothing and muck about at home so exercise is definitely already an active factor
