Open Question: How do I know weight loss surgery is the way to go?

Im 5’5 and weigh 240 pounds. My BMI is 41.2 which means I’m excessively obese. I’ve really tried dieting and exercise, but I have a hormone condition that makes weight loss EXTREMELY hard. I have trouble breathing at times, I feel my knees getting weak, and I am starting to have issues with my breathing while I sleep, I feel as if I’m suffocating when I lay on my back. Is it time for me to consider weight loss surgery? Any tips? Thanks in advanced! :)

Open Question: Does anyone know a good workout for women to lose weight and tone up?

I’m a Volunteer firefighter and Paid private EMT and need to lose about 50-60 pounds of fat but also tone up and get stronger. I’ve looked online for workout ideas to obtain my goals and all I found is advice columns or workouts that are way too easy for me to do and will accomplish nothing but boredom. I’ve been lifting weights focusing on different core muscles and walking on the treadmill for a certain time then running and going back and forth, increasing running time as I get better at it. Any tips or websites where I can find a better work out program that won’t make me look I’ve been using steroids, keep a girlish figure but also have the muscle and weight loss I want/need in my daily life?
I do not want to use any sort of diet pills. I do use protein shakes after my workouts sometimes, but not all the time. I just need a workout plan to stick to. Thanks though.

Hey, ive got quite a few questions, please help me (: but read everything before answering please! Thanks soo much.

Description:
Im 170cm tall, almost 16 years old (in 1 month), 58kg, female.

Goal:
I want a FLAT stomach before September (better if I could get it for july- if its possible)
I think that under 55kg will give me a pretty flat stomach.
I also want a toned body with a bit of abbs (my arms are strong already)

What Im doing/ have been doing:
Im on the dukan diet (today is day 5 of the first phase, so phase 2 starts tomorrow morning)
Also I have lost 3kg before i started the dukan diet (eating healthy, organic, no sugar or wheat)
I exercise more then an hour at the gym every week day, go for long walks and have sports class 3 days a week at school.

QUESTIONS:
1.Is 55kg or under possible before july? (on the dukan diet mostly)
2.If im under 55kg will my stomach be flat? If not, how many kg?
3.I want abbs, so should I start the training now- or wait till I have a flat stomach then tone up?
4.Im thinking about getting “the truth about abbs program ” – should I give it a go?
5.How long should It talk (estimation) to get to my goal?
6.Any tips or links for weight loss help?

Please- no comments about my age or that im not fat! I know im young for a diet but your comments not going to change my mind. Please be honest and if you need help with your questions attach he link (im good at pet advise, relationship advise, fashion, beauty and cooking advise too)

Thanks so much, (: 10 points for someone who can answer these questions with a good explanation.

Relationships after Weight-Loss Surgery, What you should know…

Im sorry my thought process is all over the place. But this video is important. This video is for the person NOT having weight-loss surgery. This video is for the Loved ones that will be there, the friends, family, and significant other. It is important to be caring, understanding, and be the best support system there is for the patient. More than you know, they will need you. Withdrawing from Food, is the same as a drug addict would withdraw from drugs. You need to understand what made the patient the size they are now. Knowing this will help you better be informed to ensure the patient does not enduldge in other potiential addictions. I will certainly be making a better video on this topic, as it is the most important topic there is. I am just up – hyper, and wanted to get a few things off my chest. SUPPORT is what makes the patient as successful as he/she can be. BUT – Without support, it is STILL possible. It just makes it easier to know there are people who can bounce back from the hardships of having this type of surgery. GOOD LUCK! Check me out at www.WLSecrets.com or www.WLSecret.com
