Open Question: What is a good workout plan to lose weight and get toned?

I am 5’4″ and I weigh about 125.
I am finally joining the gym again but I am at a loss as to where I should start. I am looking to drop about 15 pounds and tone up my stomach and thighs, and maybe my arms a bit.
Any specific tips?

Open Question: Is this a good diet for me?

Age: 14
Weight: 120 lbs
Height: 5’7
Gender: Girl
i’m a vegetarian.
-Breakfast: A small Bowl of sugar-FREE and salt-FREE museli (3-4 tbsp) with a sprinkle of granola, a few thin slices of banana and a little Low-Fat Milk (its a small bowl!) (less than 200 calories)
-Snack: Low Calorie Rice Cake with a thin spead of peanut butter and half of a SMALL banana on top. (about 115 calories or less)
-Lunch: A whole-grain wrap with 3 sundried tomatoes, 2 olives and a spinkle of cheese.
-Snack: 1 apple. (50-60 calories)
-Dinner: whatever parents make.
-Desert: Tea and a biscuit.

Drinks: 3-4 litres of water, 2 cups of tea and a small 189ml carton of milk (for calcium)
PLUS: 25mins of exercise first thing in the morning before eating (15 min cardio and 10 min toning)
and 5 mins before bed plus i’m in school during the day so that involves a bit of walking around.

how much weight would i lose with this plan? :) thank you. and any tips? x

i’m aiming to lose a bit off my thighs and stomach i have flat abs (not muscly ones though-i do NOT want muscly ones!) from toning in dancing but a small layer of fat covering it…my stomach doesn’t stay in PROPERLY without tensing the muscles.
