I speak again! Just asking how to gain weight quickly or any tips. Just in case the video has no audio, this is what I say. ~ Hello It’s Tummylover123 here. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the lovely comments on my belly and in all of my belly vids. Umm. You could say this is an update video. I wanted to ask if any of you know any quick ways to gain belly fat because I really, really want to gain belly fat. If you know any weight gain shakes that can be homemade that would be nice. hey, i am 14 yrs old,5′ 2″ and i weigh 98 pounds. i barley eat. i eat breakfast and dinner. not enough that i should be at least. i don’t want to talk to my parents or anyone its a long story. is there any way to help me eat more? and i do eat if im hungry. i am NOT trying to loss weight at all. i am just never hungry. any tips? thanks(:

Round three (do each exercise for 30 seconds and do these 4 workouts 2 times): Dumbbell piston, squat thrusts, dumbbell high pull, narrow grip pushups 4. Round four (30 seconds each exercise, repeat these 3 twice): Step back lunge, dumbbell Y-press, rotational curls 5. Round five (30 seconds for these 3 movements): dumbbell prone row, dumbbell clean, dumbbell press, then combine all 3 of the movements into one and do for 2 minutes. Open Question: Gaining Weight While On A Diet?

I’m using the Food Lovers Fat Loss System. It’s giving me a lot of energy and all, but today when I got weighed in at the GYN I apparently gained 3 lbs. I haven’t been over eating at all, I’ve been portioning things down, haven’t been drinking anything sugary, been eating whole wheat bread, egg whites and such. No sweets or junk food, or anything processed. I’ve been on the program for 4 days only. Is it maybe because before I went to the GYN I had breakfast then drank water (16.9 fl oz bottle) just before I got weighed? Or maybe because I haven’t been sleeping much? I’m not sure :/
