This blog describes my weight Loss journey and the physical activity that has helped me loose my 67lbs on my journey. I still have 90 lbs more to loose. I started working out by walking on the track 2 miles and now workout 5 days a week 1-2 hrs a day. Remember to stay Consistent and write down your schedule and STICK TO IT!! I am 5’5 and have been over weight MY WHOLE LIFE. This is a MIND, BODY and SOUL journey that will take so many tools and support to reach my 157lb loss.
