Open Question: Does anyone know a good workout for women to lose weight and tone up?

I’m a Volunteer firefighter and Paid private EMT and need to lose about 50-60 pounds of fat but also tone up and get stronger. I’ve looked online for workout ideas to obtain my goals and all I found is advice columns or workouts that are way too easy for me to do and will accomplish nothing but boredom. I’ve been lifting weights focusing on different core muscles and walking on the treadmill for a certain time then running and going back and forth, increasing running time as I get better at it. Any tips or websites where I can find a better work out program that won’t make me look I’ve been using steroids, keep a girlish figure but also have the muscle and weight loss I want/need in my daily life?
I do not want to use any sort of diet pills. I do use protein shakes after my workouts sometimes, but not all the time. I just need a workout plan to stick to. Thanks though.

It is a christian weight loss program that promotes eating whatever you want but only between the green light of hunger and the red light of full. Has anyone ever heard of this program or tried it?

Open Question: Does anyone have any recomendations for a good full body detox diet?

I have been feeling “off” for some time now eg. Iv been sick more in the past few months that I have been over the past couple years, Iv been feeling very run down and tired but have been having a hard time sleeping, and Iv found a decrease in apatite over the past year. Iv recently given up smoking(smoked on and off for the past 3-4 years, never more than 1-2 packs every couple weeks), I have been doing my best to stop drinking(was never a big drinker any way, maybe drinking once or twice every few months if that). I do however have terrible eating and sleeping habits that i developed midway Through high-school (graduated a little under 4 years ago), I used to force myself to stay up later than i should have on a daily bases( but really, who didn’t in high-school?) and i very rarely have 3 meals a day, recently i find myself barely eating 1 full meal a day and when i do eat its usually a lot of processed stuff, I will admit(as much as i try to deny it to myself) that i do think I may have a slight eating disorder cause I have found myself passing up food in the past cause I didn’t want to add to the weight i was already trying to lose(I am very self conscious when it comes to my weight, tho i am only 5’1″ and weigh only 175ish, which i think is pretty normal for a 20 year old girl). Im looking for any advice to try and get myself back on track eg. looking for any diet tips anyone has to offer. Iv heard a good way to kind of kick off this attempt at a lifestyle change is to do a detox or full body cleanse. The only one i have really been able to find that has clear instructions without having to buy a book is the master cleanse(lemonade diet) but i am hesitant to do it as it calls for you to not consume anything other than the lemonade, water, and a salt water flush or laxative tea. Im wondering if the only way to get the full results of a full body detox is to abstain from food for a short period of time so your body has time to flush out all the bad stuff without having to worry about processing anything else in the mean time? Im not looking for weight loss fad diets I am looking to change the way I look at what i put into my body(tho weight-loss would be a very welcome side effect) Im very new to this whole thing and am very in the dark as to how to do it properly in the healthiest way possible. help?
Please no Links unless absolutely necessary as my phone doesn’t like to load them.

tips on how to start from square one(cause that’s where I currently am, just decided I needed to make a real change tonight), how to start off, what to do to keep on track, best diets to follow( should I give up red meat, go vegan ect.) would be the best help, thankyou=]
For the past month I have been waking up with the worst nausea( like morning sickness without the puking) but I know I am not pregnant and this is what kind of made me clue into the fact that there is something not right and I should make a change. I don’t have a regular doctor I can go see at the moment but I am in the process of looking for one.

answers longer than just a couple sentences would be greatly appreciated, thank you=]
